What's gluten free and dairy free at KFC?

If you’re trying to eat at KFC with celiac disease, you’re going to be pretty hungry. All of their main dishes contain gluten, But there are a few items on the menu that are made without gluten ingredients. They have a shared kitchen space and make lots of foods that contain gluten, so it’s highly probable that there will be cross-contamination issues. Some celiacs aren’t even comfortable entering a KFC due to the possibility of airborne flour. Proceed at your own risk!
